P&H Cappella 166 RM ( triple layer plastic with Skeg)
Testimonials -
Nick - (Height 6', Weight 80 KG's, Years Paddling 4)
" The Capella was a little more tippy than the Easky, but with this you gain much more performance. The Capella seemed perfect for somebody my size with plenty of room in the cockpit. The capella was very manageable with great tracking in especially with the skeg engaged! Overall I preferred the Capella over the Easky."
Matt - (Height 6'4'' Weight 89KG, Years Paddling 7)
" I found the Capella very maneuverable and stable. It is a reasonably fast sea kayak with good tracking and a great sea kayak overall. I found it a little cramped for my height..."
Simon - (Height 6' Weight 110KG, Years Paddling 16)
''I still feel the Capella is possibly the best 'all-round' plastic sea kayak on the market. It is stable, quick and maneuverable and user-friendly too. I personally preferred the extra speed and performance of the Scorpio and Sea Cruiser but will recommend the Capella to the Sea kayaker seeking a little more stability and maneuverability"

P&H Scorpio 170 RM ( Triple layer with Skeg )
Chris - (Height 5' 8'' Weight 74KG, Years paddling 16)
"I was very impressed with the Scorpio. It's everything that I would choose in a plastic Sea Kayak. The Scorpio is a quick sea kayak yet I was amazed how maneuverable it was when on edge for a kayak of that length. It is noticeably quicker than the Capella but slightly less stable for beginners. I would recommend this boat to any Sea kayaker looking for comfort, speed and performance"

Venture Kayaks Easky 15 (with skeg)
Nick - (Height 6', Weight 80 KG's, Years Paddling 4)
"I found the Easky to be ideal. Easy to paddle for a beginner, with good stability and very forgiving. Although shorter then the other kayaks we were paddling, the Easky was surprising quick. The outfitting was good and very comfortable. The Easky was easier to maneuver than I was expecting"
Chris - (Height 5' 8'' Weight 74KG, Years paddling 16)
" The Easky is really a touring kayak, yet it handles similar speeds and distances to that of a Sea Kayak. The Easky is very stable and a good option for an entry level sea paddler looking for extra stability or the more adventurous touring paddler"
Matt - (Height 6'4'' Weight 89KG, Years Paddling 7)
"I found the Easky 15 very stable and comfortable with plenty of room in the cockpit. It was faster than I expected and with a bit of effort kept up with the Capella. There was a slight swell and the Easky handles it fine"
