Position: Full-time Staff Member Location: St Columb Road, Cornwall Date posted: 01/03/2010 Cornwall Canoes is an established part of Canoe Shops (Group) Ltd and the business now needs an additional member of staff to further develop the business and maintain good service. This is a full time position with a diverse range of day to day activities including customer sales advice, despatch/receipt of products, stock control & logistics, administration and website editing. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic person with good verbal and written communication skills. A keen interest in paddle sport would be advantageous as would a good sense of humour and a polite manner. A basic knowledge of computers is required so that you able to send/receive emails, use MS office and internet explorer. Familiarity with web and photo editing programs would be particularly advantageous A full UK driving licence is required as the role may involve the collection/delivery of product from UK suppliers and branches of Canoe Shops (Group) Ltd. The normal working week will be 40hrs including some Saturday/Sundays dependant on the businesses opening hours.
