Description
The Bixpy Universal Rudder adaptor is an all in one adaptor that will replace most rudders to allow you to mount a Bixpy K-1 or J-2 motor! Although it is designed and produced in conjunction with Vibe kayaks, it will work for nearly any kayak with a rudder system and will still allow for full use of your rudder when thew motor is not mounted.
The rudder features a gravity driven locking system, meaning when the motor is in use (for both forward and reverse gears) you can be sure that the rudder will stay in place. If you hit something in the water, or run over some shallow waters, the rudder will 'unlock' itself and pop up and out the way preventing any potential damage.

- Pin length is 85 mm. Gap from pin to blade is 38 mm.
- To work effectively, the Bixpy motor needs to be about 2" to 3" below waterline.
