The Palm Coniston is a great all round touring and recreational spraydeck that is tougher than a standard nylon spraydeck while still being easy to use.
A super lightweight design makes for a versatile spraydeck that you won’t get too hot in and can use year-round. Constructed from ripstop nylon and with reinforced panels over the cockpit rim the Coniston is a good option for calm or moderate waters and is dependeble if you are looking to do rescue practice or intend paddling in tougher conditions.
With an adjustable midweight bungee shock cord you can adjust how tight you would like the deck to fit. If you are not yet confident with exit and re-entry you can leave it fairly slack so it is easy to rip off and slowly tighten it as your confidence grows and you are ready to learn to roll.
Available with a universal waist tube, Palm Coniston is versatile and able to be used with a wide range of boats and people. This is perfect if you are looking to paddle different boats.
A large release handle is easy to find if you end up capsizing and need to exit the cockpit.
