We offer a delivery service on most of our products throughout the UK to home and business addresses. Your order will be despatched as soon as possible on the most suitable service based on order dimensions and delivery location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If a delivery price isn't offered for shipping a particular product, then please contact us, and we will endeavour to find a solution for you.

Delivery Of Kayaks, Open Canoes & Composite Sea Kayaks
We offer a delivery service for most kayaks to most parts of mainland UK. We use a bespoke delivery service to improve the level of service and minimize the risk of damage. Most kayak deliveries arrive within 1-2 weeks, but this is not guaranteed. The majority of deliveries will be quicker than this, but some may take longer. Allow longer delivery times for more remote areas.

Courier delivery is not available for some products such as Open Canoes and Composite Sea Kayaks. Please contact us with your address details, and we will endeavour to provide delivery options using our own vehicles (if available).

Delivery Of Clothing, Equipment, Paddles & Inflatable Boats/Boards
We use a tracked courier service for the majority of clothing, equipment and accessory deliveries. Most UK deliveries arrive within 1-3 working days, although some deliveries may take longer, especially those to more remote areas.

Special Delivery Region Information

Scottish Highlands & Offshore

We offer a delivery service on most smaller items including clothing, equipment, accessories to all of Scotland, Highlands, Grampian and Scottish Isles using a courier or Royal Mail.

We offer delivery of most Kayaks to most of mainland Scotland, but some exclusions and restrictions may apply.

Please allow a little longer for some deliveries to arrive.

Deliveries of kayaks to Scottish Offshore addresses is very difficult due to courier restrictions. Please contact us to discuss a delivery to a freight forwarder on the mainland.

Channel Islands

We offer a delivery service on most products to the Channel Islands including Jersey and Guernsey.

Smaller items including Clothing, Equipment, Accessories will be delivered directly to the final home or business address.

Please note that Kayaks & Canoes will be delivered using a Port-to-Port Service – Our shipping company will liaise directly with you to arrange collection from the port or onward delivery.

Isle Of Wight

We offer a delivery service on most products to the Isle of Wight including most Kayaks.

You may also consider using our Click & Collect service from our warehouses on the South Coast including Southampton Canoes and Bournemouth Canoes.

Isle Of Scilly

We offer a delivery service to the Isles of Scilly. For smaller items we use a leading courier/postal service.

Isle Of Man

We offer a delivery service on most smaller items including clothing, equipment, accessories to the Isle of Man using Royal Mail or another suitable courier. For Larger Items, delivery is available by courier on an individual quote basis. Please contact us for further assistance.

We are unable to offer delivery of Kayaks & Canoes to Isle Of Man due to restrictions with our couriers. Please contact us to arrange delivery to a freight forwarder on the mainland.

Northern Ireland

We offer a delivery service on most items including clothing, equipment, accessories to Northern Ireland. Items are delivered using Royal Mail or another suitable courier.

We are unable to offer delivery of canoes, kayaks, or large parcels to Northern Ireland due to shipping restrictions from our couriers. If you require further information, please contact us.

Ireland

We do not currently offer a delivery service for any of our product range to Ireland. If you require further information, please contact us.
