The Palm Atom Jacket is a premium whitewater dry cag, representing the most advanced technology which Palm Equipment have to offer. Constructed of XP 3- Layer Fabric, the Atom dry cag is durable, breathable and warm, a great combination for use all year round here in the UK.
The Atom jacket is designed to keep the water out, letting the wearer be as dry and comfortable as possible. Featuring latex gasket at both the neck and wrists, the Atom is an outstanding piece of dry wear. The neck seal is covered with a tapered neoprene collar for maximum protection of the latex seal. While the wrists each have an adjustable velcro over cuff to make for a comfortable fit and help to keep the sleeves out of your way when on the water.
With articulated pre-bent arms the Atom jacket is designed for maximum freedom of movement. These are designed to be at a natural paddling pose and minimise the likelihood of sleeve riding up during your time on the water. The large asymmetrical waist entry with adjustable twin waist band, is designed to minimise the water entry into the kayak giving a decent seal to hold water out. It could also be paired with a pair of dry trousers, such as the Palm Atom Pants, for a versatile two-piece suit.
