Description
The Palm Meander Highback is based off the ever-popular Meander design but with a cutaway back panel to raise the back above the top of a taller seat for added comfort. Still offering the same floatation as the normal version and still built with comfort in mind. This buoyancy aid works exceptionally well with higher seats like the hung ones found on some fishing kayaks or those found on Sit-on-Tops.
An easy to slip on central zipper is on the front and centre while a small pocket is accessible via the other front zip and makes for a handy space to store small items such as car keys and phones (inside an appropriate waterproof case).
As with all Meander's the Highback features large arm holes and low-profile shape it suits all paddlers whether you're using a touring kayak, a canoe, a sit on top or even a stand-up paddle board (SUP) or indeed one PFD to do a range of boats. With this particular high-back edition it is best suited for raised seats or those with higher back support be that in closed cockpit tourers or sit-on-tops.
