Description
Thule Arcos cargo box is a hardshell cargo carrier designed to minimise wind resistance by sitting in the slipstream at the rear of the car at tow bar level. This is a particularly effective solution for carrying additional cargo with electric powered vehicles where roof load can noticeable reduce range. If you have a motorhome or camper van the Arcos Cargo Box provides easier access to outside storage than a roof box would.
The Arcos is ideal for carrying most items you would have put in a roof top box such as hiking gear, skis, snowboards, beach kit pushchairs etc. to avoid messy clutter inside a vehicle. The Arcos is also a great asset if you have a roof tent and can also be used as an addition to a roof box if you need to take a whole load of kit away on a trip.
The Arcos is available in 300L, 400L or 450L capacities. The Arcos XL can store items up to 180cms long so is ideal for longer skis and snowboards - see image. Includes clearly visible integrated lights and number plate holder along with 13 pin electrical connector.
We advise checking the width of your vehicle is compatible with the Arcos box dimensions shown below before purchase. Likewise for any longer items such as snowsports equipment.
Please note, the Arcos cargo box requires the Arcos platform to be purchased in addition to the box.
