Description
The Skera aircore blades are durable and buoyant, they provide a clean catch and progressive power through the stroke. The multi-step layered blade design provides a low swing weight to sustain a good cruising pace during long distance touring while minimising strain on the body. The Skera works well at any angle and can provide plenty of power when needed making them suitable for use in a wide range of conditions.
The Carbon shaft has a silky finish that provides plenty of grip while allowing for easy changes of hand position during control strokes and minimises friction to reduce blistering on long trips.
The corrosion proof ferrule is easy to operate, it takes only a few seconds to adjust the shaft length or feather on the hoof if needed. Experiment with the length adjustment to find the optimal length for your paddling style. You can also lengthen the shaft for lower angle and shorten it for higher angle paddling to reduce faigue or adapt to changing conditions.
The Skera is an excellent tool for paddlers of all abilities who will appreciate the clean feel of the blade and the adaptability of the shaft with a secure join that provides the dependable feel of a single piece paddle.
