Gumotex Swing 1

The Gumotex Swing 1 is a single inflatable kayak with a covered deck for increased weather protection. It is stable, comfortable and designed for recreational paddling on inland water. Ideal for bird watching, scenic river paddling and gentle touring.

The Swing 1 is quite a rare beast as there are very few inflatable 1 person kayaks with a built in deck. The deck itself is permanently fixed to the hull for easy set up and just simply requires the fitment of two aluminium bars and the plastic cockpit ring. The bars not only support the deck but give the hull extra rigidity to allow more efficient paddling. The cockpit ring allows the paddler to use the optional Gumotex Zipped Sprayskirt for even more protection from the elements.

There are zipped 'hatches' in both the bow and stern for easy gear stowage as well as bungees, strong handles to carry the kayak to the water and a comfortable foam backed seat. The Swing 1 is supplied with a lightweight drawstring bag for storage.
