Description
The Thule VeloCompact is a lightweight, compact and easy-to-use towbar mounted bike carrier, available in 2-bike and 3-bike versions. Designed for everyday riding, family holidays and longer trips, it provides a secure way to transport road bikes, mountain bikes and compatible electric bikes.
Quick to fit to your towbar and easy to fold away when not required, the VeloCompact is a great choice if you want the convenience of a platform-style bike rack without the bulk of a larger carrier.
Choose Your Thule VeloCompact
Thule VeloCompact 2 Bike – 924
Carries up to 2 bikes with a total load capacity of 46kg. A compact option for couples and individual riders.
Thule VeloCompact 3 Bike – 926
Carries 3 bikes as standard with a total load capacity of 60kg. Add the optional Thule VeloCompact 4th Bike Adapter to increase capacity to 4 bikes.
Both versions have a maximum individual bike weight of 25kg.
Easy Towbar Fitting
The VeloCompact attaches directly to your vehicle's towball. The adjustable coupling makes positioning and securing the carrier straightforward, while the rack is supplied pre-assembled so no tools are required for normal installation.
When your trip is over, the carrier folds down to a compact size for easier storage and can fit inside the boot of many cars.
Access Your Boot with the Bikes Loaded
A convenient foot-pedal operated tilt mechanism allows the VeloCompact to tilt away from the vehicle with the bikes still mounted, providing access to the boot on compatible vehicles without having to unload your bikes first.
Secure & Simple Bike Loading
Bikes are held securely using detachable bike arms with lockable knobs, while adjustable wheel holders accommodate different wheelbases.
Long wheel straps with pump buckles make securing the wheels quick and straightforward, and the extendable wheel holders accommodate bikes with wheelbases up to 1250mm.
Suitable for E-Bikes?
The Thule VeloCompact can carry compatible electric bikes weighing up to 25kg each, provided the total permitted load capacity of the carrier and your vehicle's towbar is not exceeded.
Always check the weight of your bikes and your vehicle's maximum permitted towball load before travelling.
