The Valley Sirona Is a fast, lightweight and stable sea kayak which is ideal for paddlers who like to do a little bit of everything, from multi-day touring to ocean play and surf the Sirona’s got you covered.

A V-shaped hull design provides the Sirona with great initial stability, efficiency and straight-line tracking, perfect for longer distance paddles and multi-day trips. This hull also gives paddlers great predictability and feedback when edging, this lets paddlers of all levels get up on an edge for quicker turning and play in the surf. A decent amount of rocker runs the Sirona’s 16ft length, letting the kayak rise up and over waves, chop, and comfortably play in the surf whilst retaining the hulls impressive stability and predictability. Should weather, cross winds or cross currents start to push the kayak around simply drop down the rear retractable skeg to restabilise the kayak and keep you paddling straight.

Getting good paddler to boat contact is fundamental for efficient paddling and play, Valley have been sure to give paddlers a supremely comfortable and high contact seating area. A contoured seat base with adjustable hip pads hug the body well with a supportive adjustable back band, thigh braces and adjustable foot pegs providing incredible paddler to boat contact.

Should you want to take your Sirona on a longer distance overnight or multi day trip you’ll love the highly featured deck and spacious internal storages. A front bulkheaded round hatch, rear bulkheaded oval hatch, rear bulkheaded round hatch and front day hatch provide paddlers with all the space they should need. Deck lines and deck bungees let paddlers add paddle scabbards, deck bags and paddle floats within easy reach.

Off the water the Sirona’s lightweight construction makes it easy to handle, whether moving to or from the water or car topping onto your vehicle. Front and rear retractable toggle handles provide a comfortable grip when portaging, retracting flush against the kayak to reduce rattling as you drive.

Valley also provides a large number of custom options to build your perfect Sirona, including colour changes such as specialist metallic or glitter finishes and separately coloured cockpit, deck and tape. As well as additional on the deck features such as keel protection strips, user specific bulkhead positioning, and built-in hand or foot actuated bilge pumps.
